Swapping protein for sugar may help blood pressure

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Overweight adults who replaced some of the sugar in their diets with protein saw their high blood pressure drop slightly in a new study that leaves open the question of whether the cut carbs or the added protein produced the effect.
