Vedanta sees India biz consolidation closing in 2012

MUMBAI, Feb 25 (Reuters) - London-listed Vedanta
Resources expects to complete the consolidation of its
Indian business in 2012, its vice chairman, Navin Agarwal, said
on Saturday.
